What's in the box?

We work with college students to hand-pick a new selection of student-friendly products every month! Your college student’s care package will contain a mix of healthy snacks, indulgent snacks, comfort foods and college-student favorites. We’ll include familiar brands, and some new items too. 

We'll also include things like study supplies, personal care products, laundry essentials, seasonal/holiday items and something just for fun!

Coupons and discount offers for students may be in the box as bonus items.

Everything is shipped in the manufacturer’s original, unopened packaging.  

What's not in the box?

Your student's care package will not contain products related to tobacco, alcohol, birth control, drugs/medications, weapons, gambling or credit card offers. We’re not being judgmental; it's just not our place to make those decisions for you and your student. 

Will my student get exactly what's in the pictures?

Well, it depends. If you order a one-time box, like our Finals Week Box, your student will get the products that are pictured for that box. If you subscribe to monthly boxes, the products in the care packages change every month, so your college student gets a surprise every time they open the box. You'll get an email when the care package ships each month so you know it's on the way. That email includes a photo and list of contents for that month's box.

Do you have allergy-free, gluten-free or vegetarian care packages?

Sorry, right now we don’t offer those options. If there’s something in the care package your college student doesn’t eat, maybe they can trade with a friend! We’re always open to suggestions for products you'd like to see included in care packages, so if there’s an option you’d like to see, please send us an email at, or post your suggestion on our Facebook page.

How many products will my student get?

Each care package contains a minimum of 20 products. Most of the items are either meals or snacks; other items include study supplies, personal care products or laundry items. And there's always something just for fun! 

The contents of the box are a surprise every month!

Any coupons or student discount offers included in the box are a bonus! They don't count toward the product total.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged on the 11th of the month for the next month's box. So for example, your card will be charged on January 11 for the box that we ship to your student on during the first week of February.

Is my credit card information secure?

Absolutely. College Delivery Club transactions are handled using Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Your credit card information is secured by our credit processing company, and none of your information is accessible by anyone else, including College Delivery Club.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes. Your subscription continues until you cancel it. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime by logging into your account and clicking "CANCEL."

What plans are available?

Just one--easy! With our month-to-month plan, your credit card is charged on the 11th of each month for the box that ships on the first day of the following month. (For example, your credit card is charged on January 11 for the box that ships during the first week of February.)  

What if my college student moves?

No problem, just update the shipping address on your account by the last day of the month, and we’ll send it to the right place when the box ships during the first week of the following month. (After that, it’s best to call us at 417-986-5916 to change your shipping address, just in case we’ve already printed your shipping label. But we can still get it done if your box hasn't shipped!)

Can I send a care package to someone who isn't a college student?

Of course! We ship anywhere in the continental U.S.  

How do I cancel my subscription?

Just log into your account and click “CANCEL." That’s all. You’ll get an email confirmation.
